What happens when you delete your account

• Your profile information and personal data will be permanently removed
• Your order history and transaction records will be deleted
• Any saved addresses, payment preferences and favourites will be erased
• Active orders (if any) must be completed or cancelled before deletion
• Wallet balance (if any) will be forfeited
• This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

How to delete your account from the app

You can delete your account directly from any of our apps by following these steps:

Request deletion via email

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team. Please include the following details in your email:

• Your registered email address or phone number
• The app you registered on (Customer, Restaurant, or Driver)
• Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation to your registered email address.

Data that will be deleted

Important Note

If you have any active or pending orders, please ensure they are completed or cancelled before requesting account deletion. Account deletion cannot be processed while orders are in progress.
